Step 1 – Request a Visit:  Click the link below, determine what kind of visit you want and click on either. (Urgent Care, Primary Care, or Occupational Health)

 

Step 2 – Choose your state: Choose a location in the state you're in. It doesn't matter if you're near the location or not.

 

Step 3 – Book: Click the link to book the appointment. You will be asked to register and fill out some paperwork in order to be seen.

 

Step 4 – Get Back to Life: That’s it! If a prescription is needed, it’ll be sent to your preferred pharmacy so you can quickly return to what matters most.
