Sterling Urgent Care does not solicit patients with life-, limb-, or vision-threatening conditions

Sterling Urgent Care does not advertise or position itself as a provider for life-, limb-, or vision-threatening medical conditions.

We are committed to delivering high-quality care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Patients experiencing severe or critical emergencies, such as those that threaten life, a limb, or vision, should seek immediate care at an emergency room or call 911.

If a patient with such a condition presents at our facility, we will provide initial stabilization to the extent possible and coordinate a transfer to the appropriate emergency care provider. This ensures the safety and well-being of our patients while maintaining clarity about the scope of services we provide.

Sterling Urgent Care complies with all applicable federal civil rights laws and does not

Our Commitment

1. Provides Reasonable Accommodations for Individuals with Disabilities:

Filing a Grievance

If you believe Sterling Urgent Care has failed to provide these services or has discriminated on

the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you may file a grievance with our

clinic manager. You may file a grievance in person, or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help

filing a grievance, the local clinic manager is available to assist you.
